1. Who we are

Capital Flow Algo is a company registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: info@capitalflowalgo.com.

2. What we collect

Enquiry data you submit via our contact form, WhatsApp, email or phone: name, phone number, email address, country, strategy of interest, capital range and your message.
Onboarding data if you become a client: broker account number and trading-only credentials required to connect a strategy. We never request or store your broker withdrawal credentials, bank details or master password.
Technical data collected automatically when you visit the site: IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and referring URL, via standard server logs and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics.

We do not collect identity documents through this website. KYC is performed directly by the broker under its own privacy policy.

3. Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
To onboard you as a client, connect and monitor a strategy, and provide reporting.
To send you service communications such as monthly summaries and important strategy notices.
To send marketing about new strategies — only if you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time.
To keep the website secure and understand how it is used.
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent (when you contact us or opt in to marketing), the performance of a contract with you (when you become a client), our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, and compliance with applicable law, including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

5. Who we share it with

Form delivery provider (e.g. Web3Forms) that transmits contact-form submissions to our inbox.
Messaging providers such as WhatsApp / Meta when you choose to contact us that way, under their own privacy policies.
Our partner broker, only to the extent necessary to connect a strategy to your account, and only after you have opened an account with them directly.
Hosting and infrastructure providers that run this website and our trading servers.
Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UAE. Where this happens we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

7. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact unless you become a client. Client data is kept for the duration of our relationship and for as long as required afterwards by law or for the defence of legal claims.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to trading credentials, and secure servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; and receive a copy of your data in a portable format. This website uses only strictly necessary cookies and local storage needed for it to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, this section will be updated and, where required, your consent requested.

Our website links to third-party sites (for example our broker partner, Instagram and Google Maps). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Our services are not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version, with its date, will always be published on this page.
