These terms govern your use of this website and, together with your individual client agreement, the services provided by Capital Flow Algo ("Capital Flow Algo", "we", "us").

By accessing this website or engaging our services you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Risk Disclosure Statement. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
Capital Flow Algo provides access to automated trading strategies ("Strategies") that are connected to a trading account held in the client's own name with a third-party broker, together with related monitoring, support and reporting. Certain Strategies are licensed from third-party developers. The specific Strategies, fees and terms applicable to you are set out in a separate written client agreement, which prevails over these Terms in the event of conflict.
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and be permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction to trade the relevant products and to use our services. You are responsible for confirming this. We may decline or discontinue service to any person or jurisdiction at our discretion.
You are responsible for opening and maintaining your broker account, completing the broker's onboarding and KYC, funding the account, and keeping your login details secure. You agree to provide us with trading-only credentials (never withdrawal or master credentials) for the sole purpose of connecting a Strategy. You may revoke that access at any time by changing your trading password.
Fees are agreed in writing in your client agreement before any Strategy is connected. Unless stated otherwise, fees are payable as set out in that agreement. Broker commissions, spreads, swaps and other third-party charges are separate and are governed by the broker.
You acknowledge that trading leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss, that Strategies may lose money, that past performance is not indicative of future results, and that you have read and understood our Risk Disclosure Statement. You confirm that you are investing only capital you can afford to lose.
We may modify, pause, suspend or withdraw any Strategy at any time, including in response to market conditions, risk considerations, technical issues or decisions by a third-party developer. Where practicable we will notify you in advance. We may also close open positions to protect the account in exceptional circumstances.
You may stop using our services at any time by notifying us and/or revoking trading access. We may terminate our services on reasonable notice, or immediately where required by law, risk or misconduct. Termination does not affect fees already accrued.
All content on this website, and the Strategies and software used to deliver our services, are the property of Capital Flow Algo or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute any part of them without written permission.
The website is provided "as is" for information. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available but do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of harmful components. Performance figures are updated periodically and may not reflect the most recent month at any given time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capital Flow Algo, its officers, employees and licensors shall not be liable for any trading losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or the services, including losses caused by market movements, broker or exchange failure, software or connectivity errors, or the acts or omissions of third-party strategy developers. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
You consent to receive service communications by email, WhatsApp or phone using the details you provide. Marketing communications are sent only with your consent and you may opt out at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, unless your client agreement provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its date, is always published on this page. Continued use of the website or services after a change constitutes acceptance.
